Workflow and Accessibility update

Hey folks, just a simple but needed update this time around. The bad news is that within the last month my laptop died. The good news is that I now have a replacement computer, albeit one that is just a bit slower for doing proper layout work.

With this in mind I will be going on a small development tangent and getting a plaintext version of the project put together since that is an important part of accessibility, editing is already done, and my new computer should not slow down such a development goal at all. It will be added to the page as soon as it's done, even if that is before the next update.
